The Digital Payments Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Product Manager to envision and deliver cutting-edge customer experiences across various digital domains - Customer Onboarding, Customer & Account Servicing, Payments, or Security for a large digital transformation. This highly technical role is responsible for understanding, influencing and enabling the business strategy by deploying the relevant digital technologies. The role is accountable to the Sr. Tech Lead of their Digital workstream, with specific focus on Mobile and Online capabilities across Sales and Service. Delivering and maintaining capabilities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction is key. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong technical background and exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive the success of the Digital Transformation initiatives.

The Release Train Engineer will support and oversee the delivery of features for the Digital Value Streams conducting 'Scrum of Scrums' controlling the timely releases for the Digital payment applications. This person will facilitate daily stand-ups and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process while driving traditional project management duties including scope definition, communication of status to clients, stakeholders and partners, budget oversight and risk/issue management. The ideal person can communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

The Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end to end execution and delivery of digital channel solutions and serve as key escalation point for risks and issues within the end-to-end project management life cycle. The ideal person would be able to “own” their projects and lead project definition and scope with applicable stakeholders. This person should be an effective influencer, collaborator, right hand to the Director and experienced in building relationships and trust across diverse teams/locations. We are searching for someone who possesses in-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum), Project Management Office governance procedures.

The System Administrator will perform a variety of technical tasks in the area of computer systems and networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. This position has responsibility for the analysis of hardware and software in a distributed networking environment utilizing accepted network management and monitoring software and systems. This position deals with moderate to advanced levels of technical systems and assists the hospital in achieving cost effective objectives through state-of-the-art technologies. Prepare program documentation and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
