The Mobile App Owner will play a pivotal role in managing code releases, monitoring mobile application platform health, troubleshooting technical incidents when needed and working with IT Product's DevOps engineer teams and Service Managers to the platform's release management, production stability and suitable technical performance. This highly technical role is responsible for understanding, influencing and enabling the business strategy by deploying the relevant digital technologies. The role is accountable to the Sr. Tech Lead of their Digital workstream, with specific focus on Mobile capabilities across Sales and Service. The Acumatica ERP Consultant is responsible for defining SOP and training material for a customer in the distribution and agriculture industry. The idea person has experience in the food industry with background in sales and distribution and can help to determine operational objectives, gather information from business units’ stakeholders and review user documentation and training courses on the product functionality and create user manuals for Acumatica ERP. Work with upper management to establish and implement best practices for the ERP and construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.  

The S2K Programmer will function work directly with technology stakeholders to maintain and enhance the S2K ERP system and configure modules such as A/R, EPCIS, EDI interfacing, and logistics. This person will also be reviewing data structures within AS/400 and RPG environments and will be producing system reports to upper management. The ideal person can continuously enhance S2k ERP systems and modules and resolve any technical incidents collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

The System Administrator will perform a variety of technical tasks in the area of computer systems and networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. This position has responsibility for the analysis of hardware and software in a distributed networking environment utilizing accepted network management and monitoring software and systems. This position deals with moderate to advanced levels of technical systems and assists the hospital in achieving cost effective objectives through state-of-the-art technologies. Prepare program documentation and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting ADFS, Azure AD and PKI programs within the organization. You’ll be the innovative and insightful mind that serves as the on-site technical point of contact and cultural liaison for assigned functional and technical areas. This position will participate as an Azure Active Directory and MDM Intune Specialist to perform changes in Productive environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line of support and administration for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Azure AD and ADFS, as well as maintain PKI certificates for end users and devices.
• Provide proactive Monitoring of all AAD/ADFS/AD DS environments.
• Participate in SWAT and Incident related calls with application areas.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs for the AAD, AD DS and ADFS Infrastructure.
• Creation and scheduling of Changes required for the execution of Infrastructure Tasks.
• Plan and execute ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements Incident investigation, diagnosis, and incident resolution.
• Utilize knowledge of Windows with basic scripting skills for platform support.
• with working knowledge of AAD / AD DS.
• Communicate and present to executive level stakeholders e.g. Board Members, Management Committee, Operating Committee, and other senior leadership forums.
• Perform Log Reviews with the ability to identify errors/issues and troubleshoot.
• Utilize Windows MFA and Windows Hello strong knowledge to provide daily support for enrollment.
• Collaborate with various technical teams to correct and validate information, Interact and escalate technical issues within the company and / or with external technical resources when necessary.
• Ability to work with clients and technical staff to assist in root cause analysis, working well under pressure and tight timelines to produce successful results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant AAD / AD DS / including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems.
• Experience in management and administration of domains and Experience in domain security administration, domain user support experience and domain architecture knowledge solid knowledge of access policies, GPO administration.
• Azure AD, Hybrid Identity, Hybrid Windows 10, Intune, Cloud authentication, Azure AD Conditional and Zero Trust Access advanced knowledge.
• Ability to update in CMDB, diagrams and information of domain devices.
• Working knowledge of ADFS, Powershell scripting, Networking (DNS, Load Balancers, OSI model, Firewalls), and Windows Administration platforms including: Hardware performance and capacity commands, Text editors (commands, etc.).
• Work with clients and technical staff to assist in root cause analysis, under pressure and timelines producing successful results.
• ITIL knowledge (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management).
• Experience working with ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.

Responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring security environments such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) to manage cloud processes. Accountable for monitoring the

security of the cloud services to ensure the appropriate use of the cloud and, at the same time, ensure controls are in place, risks are mitigated, and vulnerabilities are fixed.

Responsible for designing, create and maintain complex programming algorithms using business datasets, data packages and reports. Support the analytical staff and projects generated a result of internal or external business needs. Translate complex analytical needs into reports for management in a summarized and detailed way. Responsible for new projects, income opportunities and processes improvements.
