C# Developer
Role description
The C# Developer works in conjunction with application and technology teams with specific focus on a migration of code. This position works closely with Integration Architects to design and estimate work and is responsible for the development, testing, delivery and support of Integration solutions. The projects that this position works on will involve understanding, analysis, system designing, planning, execution, testing, and implementation by coordinating with client, project team and management. The ideal person will be able to communicate project status and strategy clearly and concisely to upper management and project leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and modify programming systems in full stack capacity to include design, coding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's software applications.
- Develop, create, and modify coding for applications in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript and with an SQL Server database
- Participate in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the design, technical requirements analysis, coding, and deployment.
- Work with and participate in various data integrations with applications in SQL Server (Query construction, and basic administration), data manipulation.
- Contribute to Sprints, iterations and Scrum of Scrums when needed while effectively working with clients and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end user needs to be translated into technical solutions while monitoring scheduled production related tasks in the system(s) and resolving any questions or issues as needed to ensure accurate and timely results.
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ year's software or application development experience within .NET framework, C#, Front-end JavaScript frameworks (Angular) are all required
- Experience with AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, bootstrap
- Knowledge of IAM is required (SailPoint preferred)
- Previous experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience must include Microsoft Azure Cloud Applications Design using ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, SQL Server, .NET, and C#, Unit testing, bug fixing, and JIRA
- Experience with source control systems such as TFS/VSTS (Azure DevOps), SVN, or GitMust have strong understanding of database architecture and concepts in Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of code repositories such as JIRA
Plus:
- Previous experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, banking, financial services, etc. is preferred
