Role description

Job Duties:

·      Lead IPM tollgate compliance, partnering with entity level PMOs; evolve methodology to support emerging processes (i.e., continue integration of Agile methodology in select projects/domains/LoBs; Digitalization/Innovation programs, and other strategic priorities).

·      Ensure sound project governance and coordination across all PMOs and prepare responses to regulatory, Internal Audit and Compliance commitments related to SOX, RCSA regulations.

·      Monitor quality assurance and training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements in EPMO functions to drive improvement in hygiene, metrics and KRI/KPIs

·      Design and document EPMO requirements to ensure integration with key Group initiatives to comply with superseding Group governance, requirements and metrics/reporting.

·      Develop and manage product development priorities by coordinating with programs and customer service while authoring and executing project/product development plans.

·      Support resource planning for the EPMO Organization, generate, track and maintain project action items and risks to oversee projects and ensure EPMO stakeholders (program managers, Project manager and PMO Community receive portfolio progress and financial updates.

·      Prepare project deliverables for EPMO initiatives and ensure smooth rollout of project solutions and produce reports for executive, compliance and regulatory stakeholders.

·      Perform Quality Assurance process to ensure compliance with EPMO Policies, Standards and procedures in addition to producing monthly KRIs (Portfolio Status KRIs) and other metrics to support the application of the project management methodology.

·      Generate, track and maintain project action items and risks to oversee projects in EPMO.

·      Monitor EPMO Mailbox and respond to Ad Hoc Queries when needed.

·      Facilitate Business Line awareness of and adherence to risk frameworks, policies, and standards validation while reporting/escalating exceptions and facilitating Business Line corrective actions.


Education & Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s Degree is required

·      4+ years’ experience managing project management lifecycle and operational aspects of projects (i.e., resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions and dependencies)

·      Ability to communicate effectively with PM, Portfolio Managers, Business/Tech Leaders, etc

·      Previous banking/financial experience

·      Ability to quickly understand organizational structure, PM policies/procedures, etc.

·      Previous experience with Governance and controls


Plus:

·      Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
