Senior Cybersecurity Manager
Responsibilities:
· Application development liaison: Ensure that all software development is aligned with Customer Information Security Management System
· Data Classification first level support. Regional DPR/PIA support: GDPR, One Trust knowledge
· IT Security Incident Management: Produce metrics and dashboards to identify potential threats, suspicious/anomalous activity, malware, etc. Respond to technical security questions and concerns. Conduct digital forensic analysis through email, user, log, file and malware analysis.
· Monitor and act on privacy breaches and malware threats: Monitoring and analyzing logs and alerts from a variety of different technologies (IDS/IPS, Firewall, Proxies, Anti-Virus, etc.) across multiple platforms.
· IT Security Vendor Management: First level of support and manages relationship with the vendors involved in IT projects. IT Security requirements liaison (CCTV).
· IT Security Support to the Sales: Support the sales team for any IT Security information requests.
· Regional Change Management Support: Guide partners on a broad range of specific Technology Controls and Information Security programs, policies, standards and incidents.
· Regional Patch Management Support: Support regional communications of all IT Security patch management and deployment base on business impact criticality.
· Regional IT Security Project Management Support: Analyze IT specifications to assess security risks.
· Support Regional Follow ups: Qualys, Archer, Vulnerability assessments
· IT Security Audit Support: Business Compliance, Protocol standardization SFTP, SSL etc.
· IT Security ISMS documentation: Lead or contribute in the completion of risk and control design assessments for all business applications, business portfolios, and overall enterprise, as well as risk mitigation and remediation plans and strategies.

Web Administrator
Responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of web systems at the enterprise level. Actively participates in the planning, development, and resolution of problems related to the administration of web environments, their applications, and business integrations.

Data Architect
Responsible for the standardization, data architecture (logic and physic repositories), and best practices for every major data repository in the organization. Design and implement every mechanism and methodology required for data protection. Design and build relational databases of high volume for core and data warehousing applications providing mentorship to warehouse programmers and analysts.

Full-Stack Developer
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs.

Java Developer
Overall Responsibilities:
Design, development, and implement of the application software in accordance with design and consistent with business objectives.
Knowledge of Java, Web technologies, Web services, database.
Mentor and direct other developers in the design and development principles.
Develop in-depth system and product knowledge.
Reviews and understand business requirements, help to identify and design the solution and provide the detailed estimation.
Constantly evaluate the overall the solution design and approach to identify areas of improvement (i.e. solution architecture, design practices, coding standards, components, performance improvements, application stability etc.)
Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of new technologies to increase efficiencies.
Partner with product owners and developers to identify areas for improved efficiencies.
Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience.
Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate.

Data Architect

Cloud & Application Architecture
Responsible for evaluates scheduling tasks performed by resources. Participates in the design of the tasks, while ensuring that the policies and procedures established by the company and the IT department are complied with. Optimizes the monitoring of the services offered by the IT department and its dependencies related to the programing workflow in data processing. Executes corrective actions to keep services available and uses escalation procedures when resolving events, incidents, and problems that require support from other areas.

Solutions Architect
Develops a data provisioning strategy, and the necessary tools such as OLAP, ETL, and/or Dashboards.
Coordinates the identification, design, and implementation of business processes using concepts of, automation, cloud services, integration tools, and processes.
Establish information requirements for the different departments, and ensure the integrity of the information.
Provides recommendations to management on processes, products, and/or solutions that help improve the utilization of systems.
Supports Management by evaluating proposals for technological solutions related to solutions or consulting that can improve the operation.
Ensures that the best quality practices are implemented and complied with in the solutions implemented and ensures that adequate safeguarding and security processes are established for the proposed solutions.
Directs, attends and takes part in staff meetings and related activities.
Defines "Road Maps" that allow to describe the evolution and implementation of the solution and enterprise architecture working in coordination with the project management office, software development area, and infrastructure team to ensure alignment between projects and resources.
Maintains documentation and diagrams of key applications, infrastructure, and processes.

Senior Compliance Officer
Perform ongoing fair lending statistical analysis to identify fair lending risks using programming skills (i.e., Python, Stata), regression analysis, statistical techniques for disparate treatment and impact testing for the enterprise, and exceptions evaluation. The senior compliance officer will also assess variables used in credit and marketing models for potential fair lending risk, among other tasks related to reviews. Stay abreast of changes to federal and applicable state banking laws and regulations affecting the management, operations, and product offering of the enterprise. Collaborate in the assessment of UDAAPs and fair lending risks and recommend actions to be taken and/or controls to be implemented.
