Client Delivery Team Lead | Global Solutions
Role description
We are looking for a highly customer-centric individual with excellent sales, business development and relationship management skills who enjoys working through challenges and Agile environments. As a Client Delivery Team Lead you will be responsible for creating and nurturing partnerships and relationships with candidates, our consultants and global enterprise customers. The Client Delivery Team Lead reports directly to the Top Management Team of Global Operations and primary responsibilities include identifying, interviewing, and closing the hiring of qualified candidates with our clients, for positions within a wide range of consultancy services we are providing. The ideal person will be able to qualify technology openings and opportunities, identify talent, and help support executive level account management when needed within technology consulting and turnkey solutions (managed services) models.
Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to identify, understand, qualify and meet technology hiring needs throughout the recruiting process through the identification of candidates/prospects from various sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, industry forums, and proprietary ATS platform.
- Meet with Account Executive Leadership to understand and gather requirements for roles in addition to writing and posting technical job descriptions.
- Lead the screening, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding of prospective employees and consultants as needed while self-generating sales/business development leads for new opportunities, projects, services, and customers.
- Communicate priorities and status updates to the rest of Client Delivery team daily and present reports to VP of Global Operations while sourcing and meeting candidates for open roles through referrals, online recruitment platforms, existing relationships, and networking functions.
- Build candidate portfolio (“Hot List”) to manage potential recruits and assist with global account expansion and business development efforts when needed throughout a wide range of industries, including telecom, banking/financial, healthcare, insurance, SaaS, among others.
- Evaluate and approve resumes of the most suitable candidates in collaboration with the Global Account executive applying high quality standards and an in depth understanding of the candidate, conduct reference checks and promote positive company culture and offers innovative team-building ideas for both employees and consultants.
- Conduct employee performance reviews/evaluations and career development discussions when needed and help to monitor and manage team's daily activity, KPI's, weekly and monthly goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
- Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish
- 5+ years experience in technical recruiting, consultancy, or sales roles within Technology Professional Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with computer software – working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is essential
