Role description

Responsibilities

·      Leads the technical execution process of managing and centralizing data from internal or external clients.

·      Participates in defining requirements and designing projects as required, and evaluates user requests to develop new processes, modify them, or integrate them.

·      Ensures security compliance with the company’s minimum requirements, HIPAA, and CIS standards within the cloud solutions.

·      Documents standard operating procedure for security operations of the cloud and assist with the cloud security policy documentation.

·      Works closely with IT infrastructure and architecture to identify security needs, requirements, or controls in the new technologies that are being evaluated or implemented.

·      Documents the company’s existing security cloud architecture, and infrastructure.

·      Support, develop, and manages a cloud security plan. Identify possible solutions to standardize, have a central management platform, and ensure security compliance across all the company’s cloud services.

·      Implements new security projects related to any enhancement of the company’s cloud security.

·      Research emerging cloud technologies in support of the security analyst and management and recommend technologies that increase the security posture.

·      Responsible for the test plans to test the security of the company’s cloud and systems. Reports findings and makes recommendations for improvement if needed. Fix any finding reported by audits, vulnerability assessments, or pen testing.

·      Supports the company’s business unit initiatives that are within the cloud to guarantee compliance with our requirements.


Skills

·      Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

·      Two (2) years of experience in cloud platforms administration, or related areas.

·      Certifications: Azure Security Fundamentals; Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate; Microsoft Azure Architect or other security-related certifications preferable.

·      Languages: Spanish, English (Intermediate)

·      Knowledge and proficiency in Cloud solutions.

·      Excellent organizational (monitoring, and reporting).

·      Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented. environment

·      Solid analytical and technical skills.

·      Able to use all related hardware and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·      Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

·      Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

·      Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
